'When you get off elevator you get overwhelmed with air freshener odors very strongly.. room was clean but odor of musty damp. Fact they use air fresheners to cover up musty smells i wouldn't stay again.. fix the issue not cover it up.. '

'My family and I had a brief stay for a few appointments as we live over four hours away from Pittsburgh. We were so happy with our stay at the Crowne Plaza. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always so happy and welcoming. Very peaceful and the beds were super comfy! We come to Pitt often and this hotel will be our new go to hotel. A+ in my book.'

The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us. 'Prima hotel. Wel auto nodig weinig in de buurt. Ze zijn op dit moment ( begin augustus 2015) wel de gevel aan het verbouwen dus niet erg rustig nu ( wij waren er gelukkig op een weekeinde)'
