'Great apartment. Central upscale Tianhe location. Near everything. Walkable sidewalks all round the area.'

'Location was 5/5 right near Beijing rd, elevator is super slow and crowded, smokey supposedly non-smoking rooms, not the cleanest, fridge has stains, floor was sticky and dirty, walls were dirty, bathroom exhaust fan didn't work, hot water runs out in the shower so shower in the mornings, but view was nice and front desk service was top tier 10/10, they helped us out a lot booking taxis and getting parcels. Very easy to work with. Note: Washer ONLY no dryer, drying rack, clothes line.'

'ビジネスで、1人1部屋ずつで、2部屋を予約したのにも関わらず、部屋が無くなったから、2ベットルームの部屋に変わってくれと言われて、嫌だと言ったら、もし嫌なここから20分離れた場所に行けばあるといわれた。それも不便なので嫌だったので、しょうがなく2ベットルームにしたけど、バスルームは1つしかないのでプライバシーもなく、本当にひどかったです。部屋も古くて写真と全く違う。1日100元分の返金では到底足りない‼️場所も、一般市民のアパートの中の一部屋なので、下のエントランスに各間貸しホテルのスタッフがカウンターに座っていて、そこでチェックインするのだが、場所も分かりづらい。唯一の救いは駅に近いことだけ。'
