'Delicious breakfast and fantastic location seconds from the beach'

'A band was playing until 11.10pm on Friday night which was above the legal 11pm time limit.. (this was the time I was told this would be the time the band would finish. My room was above the band- so it's worth avoiding that room! It was called “Port” Breakfast was ok other than the mouldly brown bread, I didn't check if the kitchen was clean. Didn't get breakfast on the 2nd morning as I arrived downstairs at 9.15 am - doors all locked up. The room was clean and tidy - staff friendly'

'Very nice room and great location.'

'Goed hetel, prima ontbijt. Buitengewoon aardige mensen.'

'Prima ontvangst en een mooie kamer en zeer vriendelijke medewerkers '

'For those planning to visit the dockyard, you can't get any better. We had a great view of HMS Warrior from our window. The hotel is directly across the street from the rail station and the bus station and about 100 yards from the main entrance to the dockyard. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The room was very modern and well kept.'

'Comfortable rooms above a pub less than a two minute walk from Lymington Town railway station and a few minutes to town centre and quayside with restaurants and pubs. Street was fairly quiet at night. Staff friendly and efficient- we left our bags as we arrived early and when we returned later to check in the bags had been taken to our room for us. Would stay again.'

'Ideal stay.. clean rooms.. lovely polite staff..wonderful breakfast..hotel located close to coastal walks which was what we were looking for..'

'Ver helpful in arranging the parking. Well-kept home. Thanks'

'The little gypsy caravan was lovely and quaint, an experience in itself, everywhere was immaculate and clean, well organised, the continental breakfast was beautiful with a wide range and fresh fruit, the owner recommended we're to eat in the village and drink, it's was excellent to, nice and friendly, overall an excellent experience'

'I stayed 4 nights and my room was not serviced properly. I had to get them to make my bed after I retuned daily. I cannot understand why this was not done. I did not go on a bus mans holiday to make beds I do that at home. The food was very good at breakfast. My room was well used. Toilet seat would not stay up and blind needed replacing. I was in room 2.'

'Excellent communication from the host. Rooms were bright and clean. Welcomed on arrival. Told in advance re parking situation. Hosts were very obliging. Would recommend.'

'A fabulous short break no bad points at all. Will definitely return.'

'We had a very nice stay and the property is very well situated just off the Town Centre from where you can catch a bus to anywhere on the island. Very good breakfast and the owner was very nice and helpful. The only slight downside was that the television in the room was very small.'

'Lovely owners. Wonderful breakfast and a great location.'

'Hotel was very close to the sea short distance to southampton cruise ships We enjoyed the food in the bar'

'Rooms were very nice and comfortable. We had to leave at 7.30 so could not have breakfast as service started at 8am. Pub part felt soulless and having to sit and drink whilst staff have finished their shift and were chatting to working staff spoilt the quiet atmosphere. To me it felt overpriced for the product we received'
