'A cosy sea front hotel above a pub. Room 404 had superb bay window for admiring the view of the beach and sea across to The Spinaker Tower. The room is bright ,warm plenty of lights, mirrors and storage. A few things are a bit tired, curtains don't close properly, chest of drawers damaged and sink worn but comfortable bed and efficient shower over bath .Friendly staff and guest entrance when staff not on duty. Good value .'

'We had the family room which is a self contained place with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen-dining area, there was lots of room and privacy. It was clean and tidy. It’s right on the Coastal Path so it was perfect for us on a walking holiday.'

'Overall ticks all the boxes . In some need of updating , decor , furniture . Mattress too soft for me , a topper or new one would be ideal. Parking was fine. An altercation with the owner and a guest at 1.30 am on my second night didn’t help my sleep . Whilst my room was next door to the entrance , and in all probability not the fault of the owner , regardless , there are other guests in the accommodation to consider. Overall decent for the price . '

'Had the best night sleep I've ever had in a B&B here. The room was immaculate, modern, and we were provided with everything we could possibly need in terms of toiletries and drinks. The breakfast included was very generous and exceptionally well cooked with quality ingredients. The location is a short walk from the main high street where there are plenty of options to eat too. I would definitely stay again!'

A real community pub with live music & events. Note: there is no housekeeping & minimal towels provided for the week so had to keep asking for items, though this wasn't a big problem. The towel heater in our bathroom never worked so had to use bedroom radiator to dry our towel each day. Unfortunately the toilet in our bathroom was blocked...

'We couldnt find anywhere to stay for the half term break away. We were looking super short notice. Found this property and booked it. Was nervous as never used this site before, but the whole process was exceptional. It was a bit costly as we have stayed on the same caravan park with park dean for literally half the price. However on this occasion as parkdean appeared full we went private. Caravan was a good size. Elements need some love, but ultimately it suited our family of five perfectly!...
