'I had a great stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Allentown West. The rooms were excellent, very clean and designed with a cute, modern style that made the space feel comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. I would definitely stay here again.'

'A very new and good motel. Everyting was good but: Although the building was very new there were already things broken, the shower taps were loose from the wall and other things already started to deteriorate. I am afraid that in a year the maintenance will not be enough to keep customers satisfied.'

'The hotel's location is interesting but the signs to get there were on point.. Road leading there was not in the best condition so if you arrive at night be aware of this. The front desk staff were fantastic!!!.. Room was very nice.. Mattress comfortable and no allergy triggers.. (yes this is quite a issue for me).. I cannot comment on the pool or fitness center because I didn't see it nor did I really go looking. The coffee was great very strong.. coffee and tea were not available in common...

'My stay at this hotel was good. The only complaint i have is i left keys in my room. I am 100% positive it was left there. When I called the next day, I was informed that no keys were found'

'Nice clean property, breakfast was good. Not the hotels fault but, they were kids running in the hallway early Sunday morning waking up the guest. There should be rules in place for this kind of behavior. Parents sometimes allow their kids to run free and disturb other guests.'

'Now, this is a really nice place to grab a room at!!! Always love staying here when we come through! Great water pressure for a shower, always clean and smalls so good in the rooms. I seen the manager walking around the parking lot, picking up trash and she seemed to not mind doing that at all! She is always very nice too! So warm and cozy as soon as you walk through the doors!'

'If attending an event at the PPL center and just need a place to crash, this will most likely be ideal. I still cant figure out why the sinks hot water was much hotter than the actual shower. The shower, at best and to my family and I felt a touch warmer than luke warm. We did not attend any of the onsite games, so really not fair for me to judge. The TV system, if you wish to call it that,was "BYOTV" if you wish to watch anything. Sure there is a TV, but you need to either mirror or log in...
