'Scenic location just outside of Doonbeg and convenient to Kilrush and Kilkee. Fabulous great room on the second level with tons of seating and access to the deck outside with ocean views. Good showers and comfortable beds. Nice to have a utility room with washer, dryer and dishwasher behind a closed door. Very comfortable house- we enjoyed our stay a lot. Patrick is an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful. '

'First, Caroline (on-site supervisor) couldn’t have been more kind and attentive. The unit was very basic accommodations, like a budget hotel. Specifically, beds are on the lower quality end, to the extent that one of them had to be modified with extra comforters. Bunratty is a small village, but the area is beautiful, with easy motorway access, and the restaurants and service are fantastic. We travelled by car with Bunratty being the central point. 'On arrival, the TV in the bedroom was missing, however, the owners were very responsive and brought a replacement TV to us the next morning. The interior of the property was as expected from the online photos, and we enjoyed evenings by the log-burner. However, we were very disappointed and surprised by the dilapidated condition of some of the attached properties which were not visible in the online photos.'

'The property was cozy and secure. There is a loud bar across the street, which explains the earplugs provided within the room. The bathroom constantly smelled musty and dirty but visually appeared clean. I would probably stay elsewhere in the future, however this place was not bad a bad deal for the price. '
