'I visited the resort to have a solo night of relaxation ahead of Mother’s Day. The room I stayed in had some kind of an ant infestation. I saw something moving and then looked down at the carpet and saw so many small ants and food crumbs under the sofa. There were make up stains throughout the bathroom and on the sheets. There was hair in the bathroom shower and bathroom floor. I first went down to the Bistro around 4 pm and was completely ignored by multiple hostesses. I eventually left and...

'This Yotel doesn’t serve a proper breakfast. In addition, the airco engine is in a cupboard just near your bed. Every four, five minutes you hear two loud ticks, and then the engine starts running. I’v measured the loudness of the noise, well over 60 db. This is not acceptable, by any standard!'
