'The worst hotel experience ever! My entire body was covered in flea bites, and I could barely sleep all night because of the constant itching. I’m 100% certain they were fleas because I actually saw one with my own eyes. It was just too fast for me to catch it or take a picture. This was completely unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes this issue seriously so other guests don’t have to go through the same experience.'

'The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...
