'The front desk for 5 minutes was not available, but did get us checked in smoothly. The room was spacious and clean with small kitchen area. It included a Roku TV. The bathroom has sink outside of the toilet and shower area (no bathtub) The cleanliness in the shower area concerned me due the rust in the shower. The hotel is very quiet.'

'I recently stayed at ACP hotel for 2 nights and when I went to the room it smelled so horrible. This hotel from manager to staff there are so much miscommunication and the way they speak to you was not acceptable.'

Y no la pudimos usar, pero al siguiente dia le dije a trabajadora y le dije que las sabanas estaban sucias, y el dijo que no era sucio, que era mancha, pero las canbio el sofa estava sucio oh manchado,seria bueno que hagan canbios de las vosas mas visibles'

'The frontdesk was not very accommodating, A change from the reserved room with king size bed and sleeper sofa to two queen beds would be am extra charge of 180 USD per night because the receptionist said "you booking is non refundable, so we have to charge you the other room for the full price and the booked room will not be refunded. What a stupid policy. '

'the room smelled, the sick in register was leaking anytime you turned it on, I told the person at front desk, and they was very unconcerned. There was no instructions for the waffle maker, and the creamer for coffee was out, and they lady acted as if I was bothering her to get more'

'The sheets on our bed had a yellow stain. There was no room service done and with no phone line to front desk we had to go down to ask for extra pillows and towels. Having only one elevator working made that more of a burden. They had someone sleeping in the dining room since Friday night until Sunday morning.'
