On the first day, we were still asleep when the housekeeper entered to change the towels and clean the bathroom with us right there; we woke up from the noise and asked her to leave, and she got annoyed. The floor smelled like marijuana even though it was a non-smoking floor; nevertheless, despite our complaints, they did nothing, and the smell drifted into the other rooms. Our...

'The indoor pool was not enjoyable at all. It was too cold. My daughter and her boyfriend stayed in it for about an hour but ended up getting out and getting sick due to it being so cold. The hot tub didn’t even work. The rooms we had were great and so clean so that was a big plus. The front office staff were very amazing and so friendly especially Tiki. '

'Had to request coffee maker for room which they gave me to carry up at check-in, then had to come back down to ask for coffee pods for the coffee maker. Staff was very friendly.'
