'Remote didn’t work to great and no bag for dirty clothes but other than that it’s was absolutely amazing'

'We had no tv or wifi for our whole stay, while they blamed it on weather conditions others in our same floor did have those amenities, sink would clog up and when addressing it to the staff it was excuse after excuse.'

'The lobby smelled like dogs. There was always a 10 -20 wait to speak to someone at the front desk. The first room, the TV didn't work, and the work desk staff told me to push a few buttons in a sequence on the remote to get it to work. That didn't work. The second room, the remote didn't work, and the TV was stuck on a channel at a super loud volume when we walked into the room. It took us 10 minutes to figure out how to just turn the TV off. The room was clean but had an old, dusty stench.'

'The description of the hotel is not truth. It is not in galleria area. The area is unsafe, people were playing music loud without any restriction from one of the room. The park area was dirty and dark, unsafe area in general. They didn’t let me cancel the reservation when I saw the condition of the hotel. Really bad answer in the front desk nothing by phone too. Expedia didn’t solve nothing about this experience and I was charged with full price. There is not respect for the customer in this...

'The frontdesk was not very accommodating, A change from the reserved room with king size bed and sleeper sofa to two queen beds would be am extra charge of 180 USD per night because the receptionist said "you booking is non refundable, so we have to charge you the other room for the full price and the booked room will not be refunded. What a stupid policy. '
