'Our family of 4 stayed comfortably. Towels and sheets were well stocked. We loved walking across to the beach. Our 10 year old could take our 5 year old. We biked on street and sidewalks to downtown Milford, public library, playground. We loved Pennys used books. It was such a relaxing trip and we will be back to stay at Susana's lovely place.'

'This waterfront property has it all! A comfortable, well-appointed, modern, light-filled space designed to take full advantage of its location on a point. Sweeping views of the Sound and other Thimbles from a generous deck perfectly positioned for privacy. The nearby sandbar beach feels almost like your own and the sense of friendly community on this small island is evident. The owners are gracious, welcoming, and immediately attentive to every question or need. Cannot recommend more highly!'

'Everything was easy and fine at the space. I had to stay for family reasons - so "location" was the most important factor to me. The worst thing in the unit is that the spiral stair is narrow - and a fat person or person with bad knees is NOT going to be using that stairwell easily. Otherwise, the unit had everything I needed and was perfectly appointed for an easy weekend stay. Enjoy!'

'We were in town for daughters graduation at Yale. It was nice to be out of the area a little bit from all the commotion. Anything we asked, we always received a timely answer. Didn't use the firepit as we were busy, but real nice outdoor area to relax as well if the weather is nice.'

'Comfortable house, not huge, but nicely decorated. Host was very quick to respond when I had trouble with door code. The only con for us was lack of handrails on steps to exterior doors (front and back). Otherwise a great place to stay.'
