'It was just what we needed for parents weekend getaway. Fire pit and theater room were enjoyed! One of the 2 larger beds (queen or full)- was a firm memory style bed-very comfortable-the other was less comfortable due to the mattress cover that was waterproof and crinkly. I wasn’t able to get the living room fireplace to work-could be that I didn’t know how to work it or the remote needed fresh batteries. The toaster didn’t work (and yes, I turned it on). 'This unit was exactly as described in the pictures. Only 4 min to Monticello, and 15 min from UVA, this location was fantastic. But what was best was the management. There was a miscommunication on my part and they managed it professionally, courteously, and with grace. The true colors show not when everything goes smoothly, but when there are bumps in the road, and this management handled it very well. Would definitely stay here, and recommend to all my friends in the future.'
