'House was great and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Large and private, but not quite secluded. Can see other houses. Mountain driveway is not to be underestimated. 4WD required and need tall clearance under car. It is 1-car wide and challenged when you meet another car coming the other way. Close enough to both Shenandoah for outdoor activities and C’ville for city attractions. Cleanliness great! Communication easy and prompt. '

'The cabin looked just like the pictures! It was super clean and stylish. We were very comfortable. All the furniture was sturdy, and I had no safety concerns with my 2-year-old. The cabin also had plenty of towels and sheets, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and cookware. 10/10!'

'This cabin was wonderful. Definitely off the beaten path but provided great quiet serenity after a full day in the park. You really can't beat something 15 minutes from the park entrance and also 15 minutes from town/groceries/restaurants. Stunning sunsets from the porch! 'My wife and I stayed three nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Between the secluded location in the woods/mountains and the relaxing sounds of nature and no city noise at all, it was perfect. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and hot tub. It also has a spacious game room with tv lounge area. The bed was very comfortable, no pains in the morning! Communication to and from the property manager was perfect. Definitely would stay here again! '

'One (probably the smallest) of several lodgings on the property. Overall, a pretty cool place to stay. The whole unit has a subtle sway to rock you to sleep. Personally, I loved it. We stayed in 90 degree weather and the A/C was a LIFESAVER. My only real complaint was one of the other guests in the castle kept leaving the common kitchen a bit messy. Thinking about coming back and trying the hobbit house. We pretty much kept to ourselves, but there are plenty of common areas to hang out.'

'Very clean and private. Amenities are up to date and stylish. Host are polite and easy to contact. They respond promptly. You will need a 4W drive, as they suggest. Very unique and peaceful. They provide cookware, towels, kitchen appliances and even coffee. The hot top is clean and maintaned. Love the hamock style swing. Fire wood and all needs to start the fire in the fire pit provided. Made it simple. It was a little more expensive then we normally would spend. But it was our 25th anniversary...

'Our stay was great. The location is perfect - close to Charlottesville but also quiet and a little bit away from the center of activity. We discovered some great places in Crozet, too. Check-in was super easy, and the place was fun and quirky. Our hosts were excellent. We had a minor issue on day two and the host responded within 10 minutes and had the problem fixed in less than an hour. We had a great trip and we loved the place. '
