'Perfect place to stay the night. You can hear the train passing by, but there are ear plugs and a white noise machine in the room. It didn't bother us at all, but it might other folks'

'This could be a nice quiet motel if they cleaned it up,having mouse traps and ant traps in the room along with no garbage can ,sheets for curtains and no drinking cups didn’t sit well. The bed had 2 flat pillows and had to drive out for coffee. The only nice thing was the bed was clean at least.'

'This really isn't a fancy hotel but it is very quaint and quite nice to stay.'

'I didn't like that the mattress was very old with springs and uncomfortable. The bed sheets looked worn out, rough, itchy and a stall smell on the sheets. Everything was very old. The only thing new and nice was the bathroom. I could hear the the other persons talk, sounds, doors, thin walls. I asked about the pool that its advertised, I was told that there hasn't been a pool for 3 years now. That they have not been able to take down the old ones. 'The property and room were clean. The two staff members I interacted with were courteous. So, in staying there you're only provided with two little bars of soap, which is fine for a quick stay, but if you're there any longer bring your own, though I'd think they'd provide more. There is only a microwave at the front desk and in the room is only a little fridge. Overall, was a good 2 night stay.'

'I expected the quality to be somewhat low, but what concerned me most was the lack of safety. When we arrived at the parking lot, there were three men smoking marijuana, and they even approached us offering food and trying to talk to us. I don’t understand why the hotel does not manage people gathering in the parking area and allows guests to be affected like this. It felt very unsafe, and I could not even leave the room. I was also worried that our car might be stolen, so I could not sleep...

'We checked in on a very busy weekend. Rates were double normal because of the big event nearby. On Day 1 of our weekend thet had run out of coffee beans for coffee. A big loss for breakfast! The response was, More should be here Tuesday. We have Decaf. This continued the weekend and finally Monday they had beans as we checked out. 'Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom.
