'The hotel is clean, modern, and in a great area—close enough to attractions but far enough to avoid noise. The room was well-organized, with plenty of storage space for my stuff. Staff were polite and never intrusive, which I loved as a solo traveler. The coffee in the lobby was a nice touch too. Overall, a great value and a perfect base for exploring!'

'Personeel was vriendelijk en breakfast buffet was verzorgd. Het hotel lag dicht tegen de metro lijnen 1 en 10 (we namen vooral lijn 1) waardoor we ons gemakkelijk konden verplaatsen. Tot zelfs in prachtige Ho Bay (reuzenrad) die 16 haltes bevat. Het hotel lag 2 straten van het prachtige ondergrondse winkelstraat.'

'Good 5 star hotel on a very good location: about 10 minutes walking from the North entrance of the Shenzhen exhibition center. Metro/subway station and huge shopping centers within 1-2 minutes.
Mid Sept. 2017 the outside pool was closed due to a 'problem', this was a bit of a bummer with the hot and humid climate in the area. Several restaurants, the affordable buffet restaurant had a good combination of Western and Chinese dishes, some made to order.'

The hotel is so beautiful, specious, clean and the staff are lovely. The room is, quite, sparkling clean with comfy massive bed and all teas & coffee and high quality toiletries.

Furthermore, Lynn has been very helpful in taking care of our needs and welcoming. Overall this has been a great trip and led to a happy stay for us.
The hotel has been kept in a good condition in general and room was wonderful. A small recommendation is to ensure bedsheet/ blanket care . Great experience overall'
