'Great stay in winter and I'm sure this place is popular for beach access in the summer. I loved the super soft towels and kitchenette. A couple of improvements: -Probably time to change the mattress in Rm 2. It is very misshapen with a large dent where many people have slept. -Weather seal the doors for better energy efficiency and to keep the temp in the room more manageable. '

'The host is very attentive and check in was very easy. The issue we have with this property is the location which is not in the control of the host. The property was basic and clean. As another review states, if you know the neighborhood then you know what to expect. So, if someone does not know the neighborhood, check Google Earth to see more of the surrounding streets and buildings. In addition, the listing says "Parking on site" but the only parking was the street. We did not stay and found...

'Apartment is nice and clean. Has everything you need as advertised. Good communication. Snacks are a nice touch. FYI- the bed is a box spring and a matress on the floor. The neighborhood is completely unsafe. Very dangerous. This is not for a family, kids or otherwise. Drunk and drugged people hang in area. Throwing bottles at signs. You cannot walk around area. Parking very unsafe. Rent with caution. '

'My stay was comfortable for an over night stay after family celebration. I would definitely use this unit again if I travel without a senior person. My suggestion is to clearly identify the unit regarding the stair climbing for prospective renters for the second and third floor. Thank you,'

'We stayed here for three nights, and it was very comfortable, clean and spacious. It's in a good location and the walk up to the second floor was not too bad. It was as advertised, and we would stay there again when in Bridgeport. '
