'The air conditioning did not work while we were there. While I can understand that that this was unexpected, I did not appreciate the fact that there was no compensation that was offered, especially since the maintenance person said he was going to let the office know the situation so they could determine the appropriate compensation.'

'The facility is very comfortable and clean. Everything works as is should. This is my second time using this facility. I like the fireplace and the television. I was a bit surprised that the entrance door code was the same as it was a year ago. I would think that is would be changed on a regular basis.'
