'We received a friendly welcoming smile after 7 long hours on the road, which was lovely. Our room was spacious, clean and well appointed, with an extremely comfortable bed. Even though this motel is just on the outskirts of Childers, it was only a 3min drive back into town. There's lots restaurants & pubs offering meals, with several places offering takeaway, so we could dine back in our room if we preferred. All in all, a great motel to stay in.'

There is a wonderful cafe house neighboring the hotel and in the morning it is full of customers and you can get a sense of community. Riverside boardwalk under the hotel building is an additional advantage to this property. '
