'到着時の応接から、帰るまでスタッフの対応はホスピタリティに溢れた素晴らしい対応で感心しました。 夕食、朝食共に施設内レストランでの提供でしたが、こちらも美味しいとか言いようがない程の美味しさでした。近隣にある他の施設も使った事がありますが、次元の異なる美味しさだと思います。 客室も清潔で、使いやすい仕組みとなっています。ベットも好みの固さで良く眠れました。 客室のお風呂も温泉を引き込んでおり、湯浴みを楽しめました。 改善ができるならと思う点は、 風呂場の水捌けに工夫が居ると思う 川側は景観が残念に感じる。川向こうの建物が近く、景観を損ねている事、露天なので簾を落として入らざるを得ず、結果的に景観については、無かった事にせざるを得ないです。 以外は、パーフェクトな施設です。 また美味しい食事と心地よいサービスを受けに行きたいと思います。'

Breakfast & dining were very good, We tried the onsen, it was outstanding, after this you really feel born again. But most important and probably the best reason to book this hotel is because of the staff, they gave us top service and were so kind and gave us the best tips for sightseeing '

'This legendary quiet luxurious hotel was everything I expected. The room was clean and beautiful in a simple traditional Japanese way. The amenities are excellent. I enjoyed the onsen and sauna. The Japanese gardens surrounding the hotel are beautiful and relaxing. Also, do not miss out on having lunch or dinner at the French restaurant. The food and the service were exquisite.'
