'Everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. (That's not always a given!) It's so close to the beach and parking wasn't an issue, though it was off-season. The only thing I would advise is that even though it may technically sleep, that's counting 2 people (kids) in each of the twin beds. We had an extra adult and 2 teens, so the oldest stayed on the couch. But overall we REALLY enjoyed our stay! I would recommend to anyone. I'd love to come back in the summer. It's a prime location.'

'First the positives, it was clean and it had everything needed for us. It was just two of us, I think any more than 2 two and it would be small. We were in town for the holiday and did not spend a lot of time in the rental. It was well equipped and safe. As others have said, I didn't realize it was a basement apartment until we arrived and I looked closely at the listing. I tried to enter using the front door and the tenant upstairs was kind enough to redirect me. Because it is a basement...

'4 families came from CA for a graduation celebration. Enough room and beds for all 10 of us. Easy access to lake. Backyard is huge, had fun playing badminton and volleyball. Also lit a fire at the fire pit one night. Managers were very responsive to our questions and requests There is a projector and we were able to watch movies at night. Pretty cool. Had a great stay.'
