'Finally back home after our holiday and unpacked i found a quit moment to write a review to Ian and Matt My wife Elly & me where overwhelmed by your hospitality and the warm welcome, thank you for that! The Bed and our ensuite bathroom where like an 5 star hotel room with a POWER shower we never had before! Clean as we have never seen before in any B&B or hotel. Ian was always available to answer our questions and most helpful . Matt even-so is a friendly person and fun to talk to. The house and...

'Great little flat right in the heart of Brighton.Easy access to shops, lanes, clubs and Pier. The flat was clean and tidy and check in was hassle free. Right next to the park for outside space too.Definitely be back for another stay soon.'

'This place needs a deep clean. As soon as we opened the door we knew is wasn't clean due to the smell. Never had this problem at other rentals. The bathrooms had scum on sinks and unclean toilets. The carpets hadn't been vacuum and the tiled floors were sticky. The leather settee and chairs were cracked and grimy. The bed linen was clean but old and faded. Uncomfortable old matressess. Kitchen equipment like saucepans and baking trays needed replacing. Even found dirty cups in the cupboards. Very...

'Thought it was expensive and some things very basic for the cost Spacious and probably good value for large group '

'Is a beautiful home so much character and good taste. Perfect location and Peter was extra helpful with tips about what to do. I highly recommend it!!!'

'House is massive, brilliant for the amount of people you want to stay. Host is quick to respond. Did find some old food in cupboards and appliances but nothing too major! '

'Overall our stay was pleasant. Location is perfect for the beach and town. Parking is tricky and definitely for one very small car as stated. Well equipped clean kitchen, good fridge and freezer space, coffee machine was not working so that was disappointing, but overall very nice. The house is on five floors including roof terrace which is pleasant. The main en-suite bedroom is on the fourth floor which is a trek with your bags and make sure you don’t leave anything behind when you’re going out...

'This is such a beautiful house to rent for a large group. Excellent location, a 14 min walk from the train station and right by the Lanes. The kitchen has all the items you'll need for your stay, including 3 coffee makers! The beds are comfortable and the house is quiet (due to all the fire doors!). The host is very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!'

'Best host, very good communication, and the house itself was very clean and comfortable.Would stay again. Thank you'
