'Room was very clean and spacious. We had a room with two queen beds for 3 night stay. Great view of Union Station area with ferris wheel and soccer stadium. Easy walk to many activities and restaurants. Parking was extremely convenient and easy to use. $25/day and allowed to enter/exit throughout the day as you please. Free breakfast was tasty every morning with a sufficient amount of tables for seating. Front desk was welcoming and very helpful. Crystal was extremely nice and suggested nearby...

'The place was immaculate, rooms were large, the best thing was you weren’t shunned for having a dog, they even had treats and water for your arrival. It was an upscale Laquita Inn for dog owners.'

'The bar was very good. Bartenders pay great attention to prepare each cocktails with perfections and these menus are amazingly creative. Breakfast was good, but it took over an hour to arrive. So it may not be for busy people. The room for the breakfast (cafeteria) seems too small while lobby and restaurant are much spacious.'

'Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. '

'After a misunderstanding on my room being ready upon early check-in was resolved nearly 2 hours later, the rest of my stay was great. All staff that I encountered were super friendly and attentive to any needs. Breakfast was ok for a continental breakfast but I expected more from 'Hilton.' My room was on the back side of the hotel, so no view, however, it made for quiet, dark nights for sleeping. And the layout of my room helped with not hearing other guests in the hallway.
