'STAFF POLITE AND HELPFUL. GOOD BREAKFAST, HOT AND GOOD CHOICE OF FOOD EVENING MEAL HOT AND TASTFUL FIRE ALARM SOUNDED AT 3AM AND WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE WHO RESPONDED...VERY HELPFUL STAFF WHO SAID IT WAS A FALSE ALARM.'

'Great value for money. Stayed for 2 nights passing through from Scotland to Cardiff. Only a few minutes walk to the town centre. Has free parking although this is limited to 7 spaces. We ate in the restaurant and found the food to be really tasty. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Great shower pressure. Sun deck and beer garden was great as we had good weather to enjoy them. Took our drinks out there in the evenings. Staff were really friendly and attentive. Would definitely...

'Tight in and out but convenient.'

'A hotel at a great location on the golf court, with a fantastic restaurant. Unfortunately the state of the building is not as nice as the picture shows, and the windows are desperately requiring maintenance. Service was OK, but I was given 2 single beds instead of a double bed, and they neglected to inform me that Wifi was free of charge. A lot of apologies, but not really what I expected for the price paid. Still an interesting experience and the restaurant made up for it.'

'Although the hotel facilities were good and the location was very central, our room was above the bar which was a club on Saturday night. The music was really loud till midnight. Although the web site mentioned that they had a DJ, we hadn't expected to be right above it.'

'The staff were fabulous, both leading up to our stay when they helped me with some surprises for my friend, and during our stay when nothing was too much trouble! I was able to order an extra package of fizz and flowers, which were placed in one of our rooms upon arrival, together with the banner that I sent ahead. THANKS'

Dit hotel lag aan een snelweg en was alleen toegankelijk met een auto. Dus waren wij afhankelijk van een taxi. Dit was zeer teleurstellend'
