Hospitality hour is held nightly with wine, sangria, sake with appetizers. The concierge was extremely helpful. The hotel is about a 9 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Overall, it was a wonderful stay!'

'The hotel was a few minutes walk from the Disney Monorail which was very convenient. Also there was a very nice Disneyshop in the hotel. Because of the room we booked (a bigger room for 4 or 5 people) we had access to the Sheraton Lounge on the 12th floor with nice views over Disney and Tokyo Bay. 'This hotel has great location! There is metro entrance next door and the big station very close by. there is European style breakfast place next door as well and restaurants. Room was small but ok. Ventilation in bathroom was minimal so it got easily steamy there and you are not allowed to keep door open as that can make the fire alarm to go off...'
