I've stayed at Plaza35 before and had a great experience. Unfortunately, this time was different. The heater in the bathroom could not be turned off (the knob was broken), and remained on for the entire night. Even with the door shut, the bedroom temperature was 84F (29C) throughout the night. The AC unit was broken and an alarm was going off all night, so the window couldn't be left open. I suspect this was a bad-luck situation, but I wish the AC units and heaters were checked by staff, as they are involved in guest comfort!

Our stay here was fine. Parking right out front which was convenient. The could have fit two beds in the bedroom instead of us having to sleep on the pull out couch. More pillows or more supportive pillows would have been appreciated. Location was close enough to the old town, about 15-20 minutes walk. It’s a nice town to get lost in and just walk around.

Everything was so modern, clean, and wonderful. The digital AC controls were confusing for my mother and so I had to turn it on every time we came back inside. Parking is expensive and not included. No breakfast and the restaurant below is a small cafe. Overall a really good experience.
