Staff are friendly and doing their job. Missed a more personal or famial approach. Staff member told us to be at the entrance of the hotel at 5.50 in the morning to watch birds with him, but did not show up.'

'I wish I could give them a 10!! From the moment we arrived, Angel and Bryan met us and whisked us away to a most magnificent room looking over the valley and to the mountain. The service that was offered (room service, info on things to do in the area, making sure we were aware of all the things the hotel offered (pool, etc).
