Appartementen in Sierra Oeste de Madrid

'Room was tiny and had not AC, just a small desk fan. It was in the high 80’s durning my stay. I wasn’t able to sleep well do to the warmth in the room. Notified attenended and was offered another fan. Those rooms need AC!!!'

'The property was well kept and clean, the checking in process however could not have been more confusing, stressful, and unprofessional. We were asked to contact the host 20mins before arrival(we did) and we sent an additional reminder to be helpful and respect her time, yet it was clear she didn’t respect ours. Not only does the address not show up on maps(any version),but she left two women basically stranded on a corner on a random street in Madrid waiting for her to let us in. when she did...

'Mooie locatie, genoeg bars en restaurants, goeie locatie kortom alles prima'

'They consider triple accommodation a kids bunk bed that's falling apart. Staff were the worst part, unhelpful, didn't eve apologize for wasting our morning waiting for them as they accepted to keep our bags before checking in (which is insanely late, 4pm). they showed up a few minutes after 4. Quite rude, never responded to our concerns about the bunk bed, and only responded the last morning to ask for our departure time. I strongly recommend against this place.'

'Great stay!! Bed was comfy and great location'

'The property and staff were excellent. There was an issue with the keys that can be improved.'
