'The ac was off in the room so it was hot, the walls and doors etc were thin and you could hear everything next door, in the hallway and outside. The hot tub water was yellow. Hot breakfast was biscuits and gravy WITH NO BISCUITS! NO MILK ,GENERIC CEREAL! SERIOUSLY TIRED OF HIGH RATES FOR AMENITIES THAT DONT EXIST AND BREAKFAST ATTENDANT WAS VERY RUDE! WILL NOT RETURN WHEN TRAVELING THERE AGAIN. AND YOU HAD TO TURN KEYS IN AND CHECK OUT BEFORE DEPARTING! IS THIS 1980 OR WHAT!???'

'Robert greeted me as I walked in. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The hotel is very clean. The room was excellent. Clean, updated facilities and comfortable bed. Easy check in and out. Will stay here again. '
