The hotel is not well maintained. I have stayed there sevral times throughout the years but the quality has definitely went down. The breakfast is very mediocre, the rooms are not well maintained and cleaned.

Ruimte voor verbetering
Had al eerder verbleven in dit hotel. Deze keer was de stukken minder prijs/kwaliteit. Kleiner oppervlakte, niet het bed type dit ik gevraagd heb. De stopcontactdozen zijn aan vervanging toe. Het eten is goed en gevarieerd oosters en westerse keuken. Toch buffet voor het avondeten vond ik wel duur. +/- €52. Positief is in 2 jaar zal de bereikbaarheid verbeteren omwille van een nieuw metro station in de buurt.

Slow check in.. They didn't my reserved room. The room that they gave me had problem with bathroom floor drainage. The floor was wet after you took a shower. Not enough towels.

Overall we had a good stay in hotel however i had a bad experience when talking with one of the receptionist (main restaurant entrance). The hotel is clean. The family room for 3 adults was spacious including the 6 bags.
The breakfasts was great enjoyed it every morning. It is a walk to the MRT if you have an issue with walking.

Large room and nice bathroom with good shower.
Friendly staff. Nice pool if a little too shallow. Good fitness room. Excellent for city centre and MRT. Excellent food..
Front desk a bit slow. Use the self check-in.
Don't call it "Millennium Orchard " as this confuses taxi drivers. Just call it Orchard Hotel, Orchard Red.
