Perfekt für ein Familie. Ruhig und top Service ohne hektische Hotelatmosphäre. Größe der Zimmer sind für Singapur sicher über dem Durchschnitt. Zusätzlich kann man die Angebote des Shangri La Hotels mit nutzen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is an excellent property. We really enjoyed staying here. The apartment was very nice and was stocked with eggs, milk, juice, bread and cereal. It is next to the Shangri-La hotel so you can walk to it and eat at the restaurant there.

The staff were excellent throughout our stay. There was a very good welcome pack when we arrived. The apartment was light and airy. It was very well furnished and maintained and it was very large. Shangri La also provided an excellent free shuttle service along Orchard Road which linked to the MRT system.

The property is okay - rooms and furniture are old. Overall, service doesn’t meet standards you would expect at a Shangri-la property. It’s designed to meet needs of a long term stay vs. short terms stays like ours (a week).

Great property, would definitely use again
Great stay: staff are efficient, hugely service-oriented and always willing to help. Property is kept spotless, rooms are cleaned daily and pool area is lovely - despite having access to the main pool and facilities at the Shangri-la hotel, we only used it twice! Be aware that there are no balconies, and also that there's ongoing building work outside the apartments, which goes on from 8am-10pm six days a week: had little impact on us, but we were on the 6th floor.

We loved that the kitchen was so well-stocked, and the complimentary washer and dryer services made laundry a breeze. The apartment itself was very nicely decorated, and though a bit dated, had a cosy feel to it. Highly recommend!

The rooms are a bit dated but good facilities. I think the hotel should provide ShangriLa points for guests’ stay and provide access to the hotel pool during the weekend.

Hyvävalinta perheelle
Olimme perheen kanssa 1huoneen huoneistossa. Huoneisto oli tilava ja viihtyisä. Hotellissa on oma vastaanotto jossa palvelu oli ystävällistä. Siivous oli päivittäin. Huoneistohotellista on pääsy varsinaisen hotellin puolelle, jossa on hieno uima-allas / ravintolat. Allas pääsy on ma-pe mutta ei viikonloppuisin. Lähellä on bussipysäkki ja bussilla oli kätevä matkustaa paikasta toiseen. Bussilipun voi ostaa kuskilta tai käyttää metroasemalta ostettua lippua. Myös Orchard MRT asema on lähellä. Alueella on myöa supermarket josta voi ostaa ruokaa. Hotellissa on ihan hyvä kustannus / laatu yhdistelmä.

The Apartments are a 15 minute walk from the nearest train station which is really convenient. Our room was very nice, not the most modern but it didn't seem outdated or uncomfortable. The staff was very attentive and friendly.

Second time we have stayed here, very convenient location and ideal for young families. Staff are always very friendly and helpful. For a serviced apartment you have all that you need On the downside, the apartments are starting to look very dated and worn. We chose the apartments rather than the hotel as it's great to have the 2 bedrooms for the kids. However, for some reason you are made to feel a little bit second class citizen vs the hotel guests. For example, not allowed to use the pool at weekends, not allowed to earn loyalty points. I really didn't get this policy as t would have been cheaper to stay in the hotel. Only a minor complaint though, I often recommend these apartments to families I know and would stay again

総合的にはよかったですが気になる点が2つありました。 まず1つ目はお風呂。 熱い湯をだしていてもしばらくするとぬるくなりました。 排水も悪いです。 2つ目は部屋自体が寒かったです。 クーラーを消しても寒いので長袖を持っていかれることをオススメします。

The property is well situated around Orchard Road and has the benefit of full access to the resort facilities of the adjoining Shangrila Hotel Staff were excellent. Very very happy with the stay. Apartment was ideal for our family’s needs and very well appointed. Service was very good on a daily basis would highly recommend.

This property has all the amenities required, and its great for family. Have laundry for washing and drying. So convenient. Hotel reception are friendly, they help to call taxi when needed. There is a free-shuttle bus offered by hotel to take people on set schedule to nearby shopping centre and transport. The toilet is old, and the flush system is not great. Bath tub is not good to use as an alternative to shower as the water flow is not so good. Overall, it's really good for the price we have paid. Easy access to Shangri-la hotel to access the luxury gym and breakfast restaurant. Walking distance to all the shops/orchard road. Pretty handy.

Furniture is old with a slight musty smell. Swimming pool looks unclean and has numerous cracked tiles. Used Shangri-la hotel pool which was fab. Staff struggled to smile. Most unusual for Singapore

The apartment was very spacious and it was great to have 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms for a family of 4. Staff were very helpful and friendly, pool was great and breakfast at the hotel was exceptional. All in all, highly recommended.

We stayed here 11 nights and can conclude a few things. The location is good and access to the main to hotel is crucial or else this would be a 3 star experience. The service apartments building and rooms needs a major upgrade to justify, including tennis court and pool area. Kidsclub costs 30SGD per child for 3hrs.

Well looks after. Friendly staff. Very handy to orchard road. Good to have a bus taking you to the MRT, but walking with small kids is about 15minutes to there with a good view of orchard road...

We had a fantastic stay at the Shangri-la apartments. Our 2 bedroom apartment was spacious & clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Close to bus stops, get the Shangri-la shuttle to the MRT on Orchard and a supermarket close by.
