"Excellent Stay at Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa for the past few days, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were in excellent condition – spacious and well-maintained, offering a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. Cleanliness throughout the accommodation was clearly a priority, which I truly appreciated. Service was consistently good, with staff being attentive and helpful. There is a variety of dining options available close in the area. It was a pleasure to have so many choices for meals, catering to different tastes. Furthermore, having a beautiful sandy beach directly accessible from the resort was a huge bonus. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation and enjoying the stunning Caribbean surroundings. Overall, I highly recommend Simpson Bay Resort, Marina & Spa for anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and well-serviced stay with great amenities and dining options right on a lovely beach. "Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."
