'In the room there would be a refrigerator, a coffee maker plates and cups etc. But there was nothing, there was only one chair and a bed. It was clean though. Tired from the trip we went to sleep, the next day we filed a complaint and asked for a refund. But the receptionist said we should have asked, then it would have been arranged.
