'Property was very nice, secured and still gave a privacy feeling. We enjoyed the overall location on the island, as it gave us an equal proximity to other attractions. We enjoyed this location over the more crowded touristy areas.'

'Nice villa. Make sure you know how to get there before arriving at SXM. It's on the other side of the island and cell phone signal was spotty... getting there in the dark turned into a real adventure. It is a short drive to Dawn Beach and you can utilize the pool and beach chairs at JW Marriott. Although, Dawn Beach was the worst beach on the island, many other beaches on the island put it to shame. The villa needs a few items like quality linens, mattress protectors, towels and basic cleaning...

'For us, this property was perfectly located & great for what we needed. Fast walk to a beach & wonderful beach restaurant, easy drives to other beaches & restaurants, beach equip, etc. property manager was so responsive & nice, as was the owner. We would stay there again. '

Other reviews mention the airport noise but frankly we rarely heard anything over the sound of the waves on the beach!. No sargassum. Beach can be tricky to enter water but snorkeling is was nice. 'We stayed 9 nights at this Nettle Bay villa, we enjoyed the location, close to restaurants, there is a small grocery store close by also, great rotisserie chicken place close by, we rented a car from Discount car rental for our stay and we explored the island.The villa was clean and well equipped, the only thing missing for us was a BBQ to cook some meals.Marie was quick to respond to a few questioned we hadWe hope to return next year'

'Property was clean and well located. We especially liked that the upstairs bedrooms each had full bathrooms with showers, which is fairly rare near the beach in Orient. Ths home was well stocked with necessities. The pool area could us a little updating and a dryer would have been nice, but we all liked the property!'

'And I do mean "hidden", it could've been easier to find once we arrived! That said, we really enjoyed our brief stay. Hotel is adorable as are the rooms. We indulged in a very delicious welcome cocktail. Breakfast was excellent. '

'The apartment is wonderful. You do need a car. Parking is free, but spots are very tight/narrow, twisty narrow steep driveway. You need to be comfortable driving in tight/blind spots. Communication through the VRBO system is a PIA, not a fault of the owners. The VRBO website and app is not very intuitive, nor renter friendly.'

'We had an incredible week at Infinity Blue. The home is beautiful and very comfortable. Muriel made sure we had everything we needed and was alway available. The house is close to everything, but felt secluded. Our two children loved the pool and exploring on the beach. The adults loved the peacefulness and stunning view. Alexandra was so kind and helpful. We hope to return soon.'

"Good hotel in a beautiful location next to Maho Beach, but I had an unpleasant experience on my last day. I was unexpectedly asked to move to another room because someone else was supposed to stay in mine — apparently, other guests were more important than me. I also requested a late checkout, which was confirmed until 11:30 AM. However, when the time came, no one seemed to know about it. I got a call asking why I hadn’t checked out yet, and a grumpy housekeeper showed up, saying she knew nothing about the late checkout. Not a nice way to be treated."
