'We liked the hotel and enjoyed our day in Kota Bharu. But later in the evening we were thirsty and couldn´t get anything to drink from the machine because no cash and no visa. As a foreigner we couldn´t use the app they suggested to use. When I asked at the reception, she just laughed and that was it. No help on getting something to drink :(
It was hot and humid as ever, not fun to be thirsty all night. At least she could have offered some help or made a suggestion on where to find some water..'

'Hotel con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, infatti non essendo disponibile la nostra camera con finestra sul giardino, ci hanno fatto un upgrade con una camera suite molto spaziosa con letto molto comodo. Disponibile la colazione a un prezzo economico, ma che noi non avevamo. Unico piccolo neo, l’Hotel si trova su una strada trafficata, anche di domenica mattina, in quanto a Kota Bharu si lavora.'

Wifi quite slow and bad connection. We use mobile hotspot to connect to the sharp android tv to get the channel. However the staff did send staff to fix it and only can connect to the tv. Other smarrphone and laptop cant connect at all. You must use own mobilespot to do your work task.
Master bedroom lock and toilet lock not working properly. Once lock, it quite difficult to unlock it back.
Toilet not clean and quite slippery even the floor was dry. We need clean it...
