'Absolutely loved this stay. The staff are absolutely wonderful. The rooms are exceptionally clean. This is the best hotel in London! Prices are reasonable, and everything for the family is here to keep everyone entertained. The smokehouse and the clubhouse are definitely the better places to go for food.'

'The bed was okay. A little hard for my liking but more firm, then hard. We really liked the pool and waterslide. We didn't like that check-in was at 4pm. It seems a little late. You are paying for the night and you only get from 4pm one night until 11am the next morning. With that being said our room was ready at 3pm and the key was given to us at 3:00pm. So that was amazing. The staff were polite and really friendly. '
