'Lovely cosy cottage and nicely refurbished kitchen. Comfortable bed and clean and tidy. The only negative is that there was no bath and very small shower. Also the toilet was difficult to flush. A new bathroom would make a huge difference to the comfort at the cottage. I would also de clutter the kitchen with unnecessary utensils. Invest in cutlery & nice plates & bowls. 'Lovely little place from which to explore north Norfolk beaches, especially Brancaster, Holkham and Wells Next Sea. Cottage location was very quiet and peaceful, property super clean and good sized bedrooms and bathroom. Would definitely rebook this place.'

'We had a nice stay at Lion cottage. The cottage was very comfortable and spacious. There is not much in the village itself, but it is a 10 min drive to the beach and 4 min drive to a lovely farm shop. The reason I give it 3 star instead of 4/5 is because I think the check out process is a little unreasonbale. Due to covid, the check out time is 9am. Guests are expected to strip all beds of linens, ensure all dishes are washed and rubbish removed. I ordinarily wouldn't take issue with this as...
