'When we arrived the room was clean but our fridge freezer was completely filled with frost. The air conditioner was not very cool. Housekeeping attended to our bathroom but not the rest of the room throughout the duration of our stay. Parking was very nice. We did use the indoor swimming pool which was good.'

The second room that we were placed in smelled better; however the iron was not working, the bathroom trashcan was completely cracked along one side; there was a water drain in middle of the bathroom floor that was not leveled causing your foot to slightly go down if you mistakenly walked on it.
