'We loved this place and Patti and Susan were incredible. Perfect distance to the beach and lots of good beach equipment (chairs, toys, beach cart, etc.). I would recommend bringing a good beach umbrella (shibumi or likewise). Kitchen was very well equipped and we didn’t “need” anything when preparing meals. 'Everything was fantastic! Took 9 teenagers and had beds and baths for everyone to sleep comfortably. The two living rooms gave a lot of space for parents to be separated from kids. Enjoyed the beach chairs and the fully stocked kitchen equipment. A storm off the ocean was enjoyed from the back deck. The beach is steps away, easy to pop down for an hour without a ton of effort. All in all better than we could have hoped!'
