'Fantastic place to stay in Auckland! This hotel is a mere 5 minute walk from the SkyBus stop to the airport which made it extremely convenient for us. The staff were helpful, the room was clean (and quiet) and our overall experience was great. Definitely recommended for a stay in Auckland. It’s within walking distance of tons of restaurants and stores too!'

Very high standard hotel I had a huge problem with my phone , not the hotel accountability to help at all , but a gentlemen called jack who was a porter could see I had the worse day due to my phone , he offered to take a quick look and some how managed to fix it was so grateful this is the type of thing where a staff never takes an interest listened was very impressed as most people would not even listen or be bothered to help. Going beyond....

'オークランドマラソン参加の為、ゴールに近い所・交通の便が良い・プール付きということでここに3泊滞在しました。毎日のベッドメイクはありませんでしたが、3日なので問題なかったです。洗濯機・電子レンジなどありとても便利です。　　 部屋に1匹ハエがいたのが気になった。'

'Het uitzicht was uniek. Zicht op de haven en de toren van Auckland. Een zeer mooie kamer, zoals de foto bij boeking. Goede bedden en goede kwaliteit lakens. Service van al het personeel: uitstekend, zoals je het bij een 5 sterrenhotel verwacht. Minpuntje: de deur van de gemeenschappelijke stoomkamer sleepte over de vloer bij het openen en sluiten. Storend wanneer je zit te relaxen en genieten. '
