'De kamer was ruim en badkamer schoon, maar daar is alles ook mee gezegd. Het hotel heeft zijn beste tijd gehad… de bank was vies en de meubels gedateerd. Het was het allemaal net niet. We kwamen naar dit hotel om uit te rusten in een mooie 5 sterren hotel, maar 3 sterren past er beter bij. We snappen ook niet waar de 5 sterren vandaan komt. We stayed 4 nights and were hosted on the 4th floor so that was 8 stairs everyday for a couple of times. Very heavy. The breakfast was good, so was the room and the service. '

I was able to eat at various places, get a couple of massages, do some shopping and enjoy myself even though I couldn't do any of the things I went to Auckland for due to an information data breach and having to get and wait for new debit and credit cards, as well and heavy rains and winds cancelling my more adventurous outings.'
