Check in formalities was so quick and the most important was cleanliness which was beyond our expectations. Must visit whenever you plan to Ottawa. Thank you to Holiday inn and the sweetest staff.'

Only complaint is that the alarm in our room was set for 6am which was a fun surprise. Maybe get the cleaning staff to turn off the alarms. '

Husband forgot to clean out a dresser drawer full of clothes, which I called about it the next day, when I discovered it. Housekeeping did have them, thankfully I was able to have them picked up. "Keurig appartement, erg comfortabel, zeer goede kwaliteit voor je geld. De algemene voorzieningen zijn top, de stijl is fijn gekozen. Het personeel is aardig. De afwerking van de inrichting is redelijk goed, hier en daar zou het nog wat netter kunnen. De airco was een beetje raar; in gebruik maakte hij vrij veel herrie, maar zelfs als je 'm uitzette sloeg hij nog wel eens aan, wat onhandig is. "
