'Beautiful location and good property for YOUNG, ATHLETIC folks able to navigate the hills and distances between venues. Not so good for those with disabilities or just tired old knees, hips and hearts! Doors very heavy and w/o automated openers, shower floors very slippery, only two USB outlets in room, and NONE in bathroom. No easy way to get from Parking Lot to Lobby, and no cart or van STAFF TO ASSIST! Property is lovely, but I stayed an extra three nights to enjoy the resort. It was a...

'The room was clean, but the air conditioning was very loud and disrupted our sleep. The body wash dispenser in the shower did not work. The breakfast room was so overcrowded on our second morning that we just walked away. There is only one coffee machine, and we could not get close to it. This hotel rents to large bus tours that overwhelm the place. We will not stay here again.'

'Trying to check in after a long drive I waited for a half an hour at the front desk, wondering if anyone was working there. Finally someone showed up. There was another couple waiting there too. It was around 7 at night maybe you need someone to stay at the desk at all times for any late arrivals. Coffee needs to be improved,, tastes old not a fresh brewed at all ,, it needs to be upgraded. 'This hotel is NOT what the foto's on the Expedia site shows!!! Hotel is very outdated, rooms aren dirty and poor. We stayed for one night but if I knew earlier I booked over. By check in there was nowbody in the very stuffy " reception". Door of the room wouldnt open or couldt locked. Floor very dirty. Curtains were canvases on a rack. According me they give themself a highrating on the site!! I recommend Expedia to remove this hotel. '
