'Matthew was very helpful'

'Everything was pretty good'

'Other than water running all over the barhroom floor while taking a shower it was good.'

Personeel vriendelijk. Locatie fantastisch, parkeren gratis en top. Ontbijt simpel, maar gewoon goed. '

'The Beal House, Hilton Hotel was amazing property, great fun staff, gorgeous ocean beach view, clean rooms, and the chef there made delicious meals. Highly recommend it and will go back Closing again'

'Construction in progress balcony had debris from construction on patio blowing at us so we went to the pool. Room was remodeled however there were numerous issues . Patio door took 2 people to open, shower head moved in and out of wall ,adjoining door too room next to our was not lockable as the lock on top of the door would not slide up into the lock position. Whoever was staying next door could enter our room without a key. Good location, nice pool, nice restaurant . Convenient to HarborWalk.'

'Feel that the hotel is very clean but my room had a couch that had big dirty stains on it. I did not want to sit on that couch. Everything else was clean. I have mixed emotions with staff. Feel they were not friendly at all, helpful yeah, and don’t want to say they were rude, just that they almost had no expression in there faces (was weird), no demeanor and never greeted anyone with a hello, welcome, or anything else. To the exception of one staff in the entire hotel. I stayed there for 3 days...

'Balcony door was difficult to open. Walls were so thin that you could hear through them and the whole wall shook anytime someone shut a hotel room door. Pool was small, old and very cold. It started at 4 feet so it was impossible to ease into it.'

'Breakfast could be better. We stayed in quite some equal hotels last weeks and this hotel was the best, expect for the rather poor breakfast'
