'Really enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific! Check-in was smooth and easy and everyone at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. My room exceeded expectations and there was plenty of space to relax, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower was perfect for coming back from a multi day safari! There’s a Carrefour grocery store available with fresh fruits and other items that can be taken back to the room and prepared in the furnished kitchen. I’d definitely stay here again!'

'This is the first hotel ever where they ask you every day if you are happy with your room or if you have any complaints. My room was clean. The service you get from the staff is excellent. I will definitly come back. The location was perfect. Walkable to Java House and CJ's, supermarket. And it is easy to get an Uber to go to the shopping malls. Very nice and helpful staff, thank you Gillian, Anthony, Jacintah and everyone else who works at the hotel.'
