'The property was wonderful! It had everything that we needed. Even though it is an older house it was very well kept and extremely clean. Very tastily decorated and specious. We loved the garden and the sun room. Downstairs area is great to hang out and the office came very handy for my husband who had to work.Very comfortable beds and great quality comforters.I would highly recommend this rental. '

'We had a great time making memories at the cabin this weekend. This is a beautiful, oversized and pet-friendly cabin so close to downtown Seattle, with gorgeous views, a waterfront and a large outdoor deck to enjoy the summer weather or entertain with friends. 'We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!'

'Everything about this place was easy, clean and very nice. I would note that the couch that pulls out into a ‘bed’ is very, very small. It absolutely does not sleep 2 adults (we are not large humans). That said, we made do with our group of 6 and the provided bedding was very comfortable. Parking was a convenient feature too. '
