'Amazing location and a safe neighborhood. The home was spotless and cozy with a top deck that gave amazing views of the space needle and the city. We stayed for a concert at the climate pledge arena and it allowed us to walk to and from the arena in about 8 to 10 minutes which made the whole event so much less stressful. 'Location was fabulous and the space was lovely. However the kitchen needs a few things: dishtowels and place mats. Also parking can be a big problem; although a zone parking pass is provided it can be difficult to impossible to find a space in the evening. One night we had to park more than 4 blocks away after driving around for almost a half hour. This is the not the agencies fault given how congested the neighborhood is but just be aware. '

I will absolutely look to return to this property. Just a heads up… lots of stairs in the house so make sure you are ok with that. Also, driveway is incredibly steep and tight as is the drive to the property down a steep windy, tight neighborhood road. Not for the faint of heart… but the place was soooo worth the money! '

The only struggle was that the streets are very busy & noisy, yet thankfully my room was still quiet overall.
