'I really never write reviews but I wish someone would have told me about this home. The second bedroom is not a legal bedroom because it does not have a window. This mattered when the unit hit 81 degrees and there was no A/C. It was actually cooler outside than inside. The property owner has a video of how to adjust the thermostats and it shows cooling but the actual thermostat only has heat. Also the main part of the home had tenants above and you could hear their every movement. You could...

'The location of the property and short drive to the airport is fantastic! We made this our home base for our short 3 night stay while we explored several areas around the city. The home was clean, organized and had everything my family needed. We definitely want to stay here again. '

'Beautiful place, lots and lots of stairs. Waterfront is on a little lagoon that is made by the embankment for the train rt of way. Trains pass by occasionally, I found the sound kind of peaceful, but if you think you will be disturbed, bring ear plugs.There is a gorgeous fire place as the center of the house, but guests are not able to utilize it. The fire space on the beach is small and viney, but we made do. Just don't expect to sit around a fire for a long time.All in all, a very good stay...

'The home was well appointed. It has a great view of the Space Needle and Seattle. The beds were comfortable. It is very close to a great grocery store. Only down side is parking is tight. '
