'Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.'

'We were a group of age 75+ who came to see the eclipse. We found a beautiful, clean, enormously well stocked home with a beautiful lake view. We felt too old and wobbly to try the staircase to the lake edge, but the patio was accessible. In a yard nearby there was a huge eagle nest, with babies, which kept us highly entertained. I have rented many homes through VRBO, but never one as comfortable, clean, inexpensive as this oner!'

'This place was great! It’s a big older home that has been updated with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very clean and lots of thoughtful touches have been added. Fairhaven Beach is about a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive down the road. We were a group of 8 friends and family and had a great time cooking meals in the big kitchen full of new, clean utensils, pans, etc. Some vacation places have old, random kitchen items but this kitchen really had everything you need to cook several...

'The lake views and sunsets can't be beat! This is a quiet, off-the-beaten path location amidst a variety of fruit orchards. It has big windows, wonderful views, and a comfortable environment. Plenty of outdoor furniture, a big lawn, a deck at the edge of the lake, and a really comfy sofa make it a nice place to hang out and be chill. The master bedroom faces the lake; the other bedroom faces a fence and the driveway. The host was very communicative and responsive.'

The lakefront back yard was perfect for us to fish between the rain showers and the outdoor firepit was amazing....allowing us to relax and enjoy a couple of beers. 'During our stay here, my family and I enjoyed such a beautiful home with a waterview of the lake. The owners we're super nice and quick to answer any questions we had. There was so much space for a big family. Although we stayed there during the winter, we we're still able to enjoy indoor family game time. This was definitely a home to get away from the city life and to reconnect with family. My family and I will definitely try to stay in this home soon again in the summer!'
