Prijs/kwaliteit een goed hotel
Locatie is super. Op wandelafstand van het centraal gelegen metro station Serdika. Veel restaurants in de buurt. Hotel is slechts 6 maanden oud. Vlotte communicatie - via in ons geval whatsapp - met manager/eigenaar. Modern hotel, toegang van hotel, lobby en kamers via een codesysteem. Geen mogelijkheid tot ontbijt maar wel genoeg mogelijkheden in de buurt. Waterkoker en koffie op de kamer aanwezig. Kamer was niet super groot maar wel proper. Als minpunt noem ik de douche. Mooie inloopdouche maar slechte afvoer met als gevolg ook water in de badkamer buiten het douchegedeelte. Achtergrondverlichting achter de bedden ook niet apart uit te schakelen.

Goede locatie, maar jammer genoeg veel geluid in de kamer (door boilers die aanslaan wanneer water wordt gebruikt, waardoor je wakker wordt als iemand de maker naast jou een douche neemt), en luidruchtige andere gasten op de gang. We kregen nieuwe kamer omwille van geluidslast door onze buren, maar deze rook zeer muffig en vochtig. 's avonds/'s nachts geen warm water. Ook niemand ter plekke, wel te bereiken via whatsapp, maar zou toch handiger zijn een bemande receptie te hebben.

Very central location. It's just about ten rooms and modern. But it's not nice too have a shower in cold water 2 of the 3 days we stayed. Read some other had the same experience some months earlier. Not avveptable!

This is the most centrally located hotel around. Reception girls speak good english and are very pretty. Little tricky to enter. You need to call reception so they could open the door for you. Every attraction is within 1-10 min walking distance. Windows are facing inside yard and no street noise is coming to your room.

No internet during the whole stay, impossible to operate TV and no instructions, no working air con, and no one to ask to as they stop replying to messages at 5om and there is no one on the premises - no service whatsoever, they didn't even replenished the toilette paper. The water system is extremely noisy - also, entering the property is a treasure hunt

If you like unique boutique stays you'll love this place. R34 arranged to meet me at a time that suited me via a call. The hotel location is so central to all the sights and shopping you can't go wrong with R34.

Sentralt, moderne og romslig, MEN det stinket kloakk fra badet! Og da dette er et et sted som er ubemannet etter klokka seks fikk vi ikke klaget/byttet rom. Det var rett og slett nesten uutholdelig. Flaks for oss at vi bare skulle være der den éne natten, og dra tidlig morgenen etter.

Worst hotel
This is one of the worst hotels I’ve been in Europe. You won’t get any sleep because of loud drum-like noise at night until early morning, you hear people having sex and using toilets, there is no receptionist at the reception, they don’t reply on WhatsApp messages, no hot water, blind handle was broken, room was dirty with some marks and hair from previous guest, the bathroom is unhygienic, the room didn’t get cleaned. The bed was comfy but that’s it. The air conditioner doesn’t work and it’s boiling in the room (30 degrees+). The only way to contact them is by calling a number but you need to try calling several times at different times to speak to someone. A female staff said on the phone thar she doesn’t care if customers are satisfied with the service or not which was horrifying.

A pleasant surprise
Modern hotel with all the necessary amenities, without frills. The rooms are large, the beds and pillows are comfortable, the shower is great and the room has key codes which is nice, no need to worry about room keys. It's right in the middle of the city centre, close to loads of shops and restaurants and within walking distance to the City's attractions. Very easy to get to from the airport on the underground, with a short 5-7 minute walk. Would definitely recommend and if I visit Sofia again I'll definitely return.

Cozy, perfect location with horrible Wifi
The hotel is rather individual apartments on the first floor of an old building in the city center. The location was perfect, a corner from the main shopping street, and just a short walk from all sights of Sofia. The room was beautifully designed. My main concerns: Wifi: the wifi was unusable most of the times and had a very unprofessional setup. You had to connect to several similiarly-named Wifis to find which one worked best at a time. This is a home setup, not a hotel setup. I had to find a coworking space nearby to get access to proper Wifi. Door code: the door codes were so basic that I assume they are never changes, so anyone knowing the code can walk in at all times again. Beds: the bed was a twin bed pushed together, not a double bed. They should be able to lock the two beds together. I was falling into the crack all the time. TV: the TV setup was very makeshift. Also, be aware that there is a bar right outside, so I could hear the music until 2am on the weekend. It didn't bother me as I was up late anyway.

Hello Sebastian, sorry to hear about your concerns - you should have informed us and we would have called the Internet provider. We change the codes frequently. This is the first time that someone complains from the beds. The TV setup is very easy - again you should have asked us for assistance. Regarding the bar, so far we haven't had any complaints from guests.

The towels swelled of mildew and the drain in the bathroom clogged so badly it made for an uncomfortable stay. It is a great location but there are plenty of similar hotels in the city center of Sofia that would be a better choice.
