'We had a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again. The location was excellent, with easy access to transport and all the places we wanted to visit. The host was outstanding, friendly, responsive, and very easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Everything was convenient and well organised, making for a very enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!'

'Location was great, near theaters, shopping, etc. Don't plan to arrive early and leave luggage because the building is locked with a key so you can't go in. The building next door has trash around the entrance. The apartment is clean and bright, lots of windows and all appliances. The tub/shower is a problem because it is a high step-in. You have to step over the front edge of the tub which is a full 25 inches high. Getting out of the tub/shower when you are wet means standing on one foot,...

'Great location between St. Pancras and King's Cross stations, and quiet rooms. First room had a nice large bed but there was no shower, just a very deep tub, difficult to get in and out. Changed to a smaller room with a shower, much smaller bed, only room available with a shower. But the shower would alternate between hot and cold water. Hopefully it was fixed after we left. Maintenance issues were dealt with very promptly. Bar downstairs had very loud music, but outside patio was very...

'We enjoyed a very special weekend at London and The Savoy was the most perfect accomadation for it. Highly appreciated the service and the genuine attention we received. A weekend never to forget.'

'Location is the only thing going for this property. Misleading description. Says AC but there is only AC in one room on the ground floor. So we had to leave the door open to cool down the floor. Floor layouts were BAD. Basement had 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 1 powder room and the stack laundry. Why 2 bathroom? Weird but the best level to stay in. Ground floor had 2 bedrooms and the dining room. NO bathroom. You either had to go up 2 flights of stairs or down to the basement. The dining table...

'Alles wat nodig is voor een meerdaags verblijf is in het appartement aanwezig. Niet groot, maar het terras is heel fijn. Dorota was een prima gastvrouw die afspraken nakwam en zorgde voor een hartelijke ontvangst. Een aanrader in Londen! '

'The host's communication was helpful, prompt and professional. The apartment is clean and well-appointed, with clear and concise instructions. All the amenities are modern and in excellent condition. The kitchen and bathrooms are deluxe and beds and linens were very comfortable. The unit is particularly quiet and private, and its location in central London near Russel Square is ideal.'
