'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. 'The room was very clean, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a nice place to stay. However, the building is on a very busy road, and it's exceptionally loud and noisy with all of the traffic. The only other negative is the shower. While it did have hot water which is great, the shower would alternate from cold water, to warm, to scalding hot, and back to cold, about every two to three minutes, and then the water would stop flowing completely for a few minutes, but...

'The property itself is great, spacious & clean. Downside is no phone network even at the lobby but there is a wifi in the room. No restaurant nearby but u can cook ur food as cooking utensils were provided. Over all our stay is fantastic, close to the airport.'
